We were experiencing a water leak in our Furnace. We called for service repair and Nathan T. came the same day. Nathan was very friendly and got the furnace problem repaired. Great customer service!!!

We had our furnace go out and we had a service agreement with another company, they told us they could not get anyone out to our house until after 5 PM and would have to charge us a "after hours" charge, even though I had the "friends and Family" discount and I called at 8 Am in the morning. I work as a HVAC Controls Engineer and when customers call me to say they are hot or cold, they want instant action not me telling them I will be there after 5 PM and charge them overtime for it. I called Baumberger at 9:15 AM and before noon we had a technician onsite to fix our furnace. Our furnace is over 25 years old and was going out. The tech said the secretary ( I believe her name was Chelsea) would get back to us with a repair quote, and she did around 4 PM with a quote on the repair, due to the cost of repair, we decided that we would just get a new system, furnace and AC. So I called Baumberger back and Steve came out at 5 PM to quote us a new furnace and AC system. This is how customer service works and should be a model for everyone. Because of this Baumberger has a life long customer in my wife and I. Not to mention they made $$ by selling a new system. The other company lost our business and lost the chance to sell a new system. I would like to thank Baumberger for the exceptional service they have provided. I do not review many companies and when I do it is usually because they are so bad, but I had to review these guys because they are so good. Once again, thanks guys. Keep up the good work.

On July 1st, Mike came to check out my A/C. He was thorough, polite, and professional. He explained what he did to made certain everything was running as it should. I am very pleased with my new furnace and A/C and will continue to have Baumberger Heating & Cooling service them. I will also recommend them for their products and their service.

The service technician, Dave, was polite, friendly, & knowledgeable. He got our furnace fixed & running in less than two hours. Thank you Dave!
